The Event Group Guernsey relies heavily on our carefully selected key personnel, and operate several training schemes, rewarding staff for qualifications gained. All new staff members receive initial training in the fundamentals of the events and plant business and are encouraged to take specialist training to further their career.
Staff, drivers and plant operators are suitably qualified, whether it is for fork-lift or hi-ab crane operation, specialist towing, working at height, access equipment, electrical / generator work, etc. and our Health and Safety record is exemplary.
Additionally we have specialist staff, trained in audio, visual and lighting work. We very rarely resort to subcontractors, but when we do they are drawn from a short list of highly reputable and reliable friends we can confidently work with.
